In order to promote science and technology and popularise science in the State, the KSTA would collaborate with Institutions, public, corporate and private, with similar interests and programmes. In the initial stage, the Expression of Interest would be through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the format given below and further through a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) on mutually accepted terms and conditions, also legally vetted, for specific activities involving manpower, finance, etc.
